100% of all fees will be refunded less a $10 processing fee if cancellation is received no later than September 1, 2026. If cancellation is received after September 1, 2026 and before September 15, 2026, then only 50% of all fees will be refunded.  Absolutely no refunds after September 15, 2026.

Nothing is shipped, all items purchased will be included in your registration envelope.  Please pick up at hotel between 4-6pm or at the Convention registration desk on convention days.
